DELIVERY PROCEDURE

Next-day delivery

When you place an order with MyBraai, we do everything we can to ensure that your package arrives in excellent condition. All of our meats are vacuum packed in their natural juices to lock in the flavour. Standard Deliveries are done within 24 hours in the Gauteng region once payment is reflected in our account.

Delivery Hours:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm (All orders must be placed by 1:00 pm for next day delivery) Deliveries for Restaurant/QSR groups, specified days of the week are scheduled for delivery as per delivery agreements negotiated between ourselves and the specific Restaurant/QSR group. For more information on delivery, and other Frequently Asked Questions see our FAQ page. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes. An incorrect or incomplete shipping address voids our guarantee. Please verify all shipping addresses and provide a valid phone number for Shipping and Billing Addresses in the event a delivery issue arises.

Shipping Fees:

Our shipping fees are a flat rate of R92 for orders below R1,300 and free shipping for orders from R1,300 and above.
